Monserrate palace sintra wedding photographer. I strongly believe in Sintra elopements and small weddings as a Wedding photographer in Monserrate Palace in Sintra.

They wanted some adventure for their elopement in Portugal. After searching for different locations, they decided to do a destination elopement in Sintra from Australia. An outdoor ceremony was perfect with all the whimsical atmosphere of an old ruin chapel.

The preparations were in an authentic old house in the district of Baixa at the downtown of Lisbon. The house has an authentic XVIII century original construction with portuguese tiles on the walls.

After an intimate first look at same house, they headed to Sintra for their ceremony at Monserrate Palace chapel ruins. Before the ceremony we visited the old royal Ajuda Botanical Garden in Estufa Real in Lisbon to do some portraits.

The second part of the elopement couple portraits was at the cliffs in Cascais.

The rain appeared during the ceremony of the elopement in the gardens of Monserrate Palace. But the brave couple enjoyed these emotive moments with all the love.

The incredible wedding dress from Gemy Maalouf of Nikki was a perfect option for the ruins. Some of my favorite moments were the emotive vows and the exchange of rings under the arches. We were no worried with the rain and when we had some brake, we moved to the Monserrate palace. Inside the palace I photographed really great moments at the columns and music room. I really love to photograph elopements.
