Rustic summer wedding at Penha Longa Sintra – Megan-Sam

Looking the hundreds weddings on my computer not published yet on my blog, I decided to start posting again. This rustic summer wedding at Penha Longa Sintra resort gives me nice memories of good people, beautiful stories and summer weather. Sintra is one of my favourites wedding destination here in Portugal and with all the COVID restrictions by now, I only count the time to return. The getting ready of the bride was at the Seteais palace in Sintra. They exchange the vows under the old tree and celebrated with a nice cocktail at the old gardens. Penha Longa is an incredible luxury hotel based on the old monastery with old walls and tiles are all around.

Some words from them: “Jesus was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We organised the wedding from abroad so we did not have time to meet before the wedding day. But I had no worries or concerns because of the professional way in which we were handled as clients. Many of our guests commented how great he was at capturing candid moments and he was great fun on the day. He stayed right through the evening and the result is some beautiful semi-formal portraits and 100s of candid photos. Great guy, great wedding guest, brilliant photographer!”
